Steve has consulted to leading manufacturing clients in Australia, Asia, UK and USA on a diverse range of commercially-focussed projeccts. Steve is a co-founding director of CobaltNiche one of Australia's leading and largest product development groups. His group has been recognised with numerous design awards, most two 2012 Australlian International Design Awards. Steve is a chair of Swinburne University's Product Design Engineering course advisory committee and served on Design Victoria Advisory Board and the federal government's Creative Industries Advisory Board.
